As office administrator in Mango, you will have a wide range of duties and responsibilities. These will include general secretarial duties and supporting the Client Services and Sales team with daily admin. You will also be required to cover reception with answering calls and meeting and greeting visitors.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in using MS Windows and related packages. You should have good time management, planning skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. Good communication skills are important in this role to interact with both internal departments and external clients.
We are looking for strong character who can demonstrate the ability to carry out the role therefore previous experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential. This is a full-time role and the salary is negotiable.
As a Telephone Fundraiser in Mango, you will handle both Inbound and Outbound calls for some of the largest charities in the UK and Ireland, such as Save the Children and MacMillan Cancer Foundation. You will work on a range of campaigns on behalf of our Charity partners which will involve raising funds through developing their new and existing supporters.
The ideal candidate should have a natural flair for talking on the phone and be confident in using a PC. Previous fundraising experience is desirable however not essential as full training will be provided.
